ARE CCW CLASSES AVAILABLE?

YES!!! We teach Multi-State CCW Classes monthly or bi-monthly.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

Cancelation Policy effective 05/18/2023:

 

Notice Period:

We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for all cancelations in order to be eligible for a refund. Cancelation requests received within 72 hours of the scheduled event/activity will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Refund Eligibility:

Cancelation requests received with a minimum of 72 hours' notice are eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

 

a. Refund for Cancelations over 72 Hours:

Cancelation requests received over 72 hours before the scheduled event/activity are eligible for a refund. However, a 25% Cancelation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.

 

b. No Refund for Cancelations within 72 Hours:

Cancelation requests received within 72 hours of the scheduled event/activity are not eligible for a refund. The full amount paid will be retained as a Cancelation fee.

 

Rescheduling:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore we allow one free reschedule for any event/activity. The rescheduled date must be within a reasonable timeframe and subject to availability. If any event/activity is rescheduled it will no longer be eligible for a refund.

 

How to Request Cancelation or Reschedule:

To request a Cancelation or reschedule, please contact our customer support team via phone or email. Please provide your booking details and reason for Cancelation or desired rescheduled date.

 

Refund Processing:

If your Cancelation request meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, refunds will be processed within five (5) business days from the date of the Cancelation request. The refunded amount will be provided through the original payment method used during booking.

 

Exceptions:

In exceptional cases such as force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to make adjustments to the Cancelation policy. In such cases, we will make every effort to communicate the changes and work towards a fair resolution with our customers.

 

Please note that this Cancelation policy is subject to change and it is advisable to review the most up-to-date version before making any bookings or Cancelations.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY CLASS?

Yes. We will reschedule you for a future class of your choosing ONE TIME without being subject to a cancelation fee. 
No refunds will be given if you’ve previously scheduled a class and request a cancelation. No exceptions. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M ASKED TO LEAVE THE CLASS?

At Self Reliance Training, it is our sole mission to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to safely and effectively handle your firearm. The ONLY reason we will ask you to leave the class is if you repeatedly violate safety rules that could potentially cause death or serious bodily harm to another student, innocent party, instructors, or yourself. You will only be asked to leave after being coached on how to avoid making those mistakes and proving to the instructors that you are either unable or unwilling to correct the issues.

In the event you are asked to leave, no refund will be issued.
