Introduction to Defensive Pistol sets the foundation for all defensive pistol skillsets. This course introduces you to the fundamentals of defensive shooting. Introduction to Defensive Pistol begins with a short brief on the pistol, defensive mindset and thorough safety procedures. Students will complete a mixture of dry-fire and live-fire exercises during this class. Topics covered in this class include, but are not limited to; -Grip - Stance -Sight Alignment/Sight Picture -Loading/Unloading -Drawing from the Holster -Malfunction Clearing -Shooting Drills Required Equipment -Semi-Auto Handgun (Preferably 9mm or larger) -Strong side, rigid OWB holster (Absolutely no nylon or Blackhawk! Serpa/similar holsters allowed. Please contact with any questions regarding your holster. Students with these holsters will not be able to complete the class for safety concerns. No refunds will be issued but we will reschedule you.) - Three (3) Magazines (if lower capacity than 10 rounds, more magazines are recommended.) -Double Magazine Pouch -Thick belt (capable of supporting the weight of a gun and spare magazines). -250 Rounds of FACTORY NEW FMJ Ammunition (no reloads). -Eye Protection (ANSI Rated) -Ear Protection (Electronic Ear Protection STRONGLY encouraged) -Long pants, with belt loops. (Stretchy, comfy, lightweight encouraged) -Low cut shirts not advised. -Closed toe shoes. -Hats encouraged. -Water, Water, more Water, Gatorade and snacks -Note taking materials (optional, but encouraged) ***STUDENTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO HAVE TAKEN THE BASIC PISTOL COURSE PRIOR TO THIS. HOWEVER, THAT IS NOT A PREREQUISITE***

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy effective 05/18/2023: Notice Period: We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for all cancelations in order to be eligible for a refund. Cancelation requests received within 72 hours of the scheduled event/activity will not be eligible for a refund. Refund Eligibility: Cancelation requests received with a minimum of 72 hours' notice are eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions: a. Refund for Cancelations over 72 Hours: Cancelation requests received over 72 hours before the scheduled event/activity are eligible for a refund. However, a 25% Cancelation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. b. No Refund for Cancelations within 72 Hours: Cancelation requests received within 72 hours of the scheduled event/activity are not eligible for a refund. The full amount paid will be retained as a Cancelation fee. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore we allow one free reschedule for any event/activity. The rescheduled date must be within a reasonable timeframe and subject to availability. If any event/activity is rescheduled it will no longer be eligible for a refund. How to Request Cancelation or Reschedule: To request a Cancelation or reschedule, please contact our customer support team via phone or email. Please provide your booking details and reason for Cancelation or desired rescheduled date. Refund Processing: If your Cancelation request meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, refunds will be processed within five (5) business days from the date of the Cancelation request. The refunded amount will be provided through the original payment method used during booking. Exceptions: In exceptional cases such as force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to make adjustments to the Cancelation policy. In such cases, we will make every effort to communicate the changes and work towards a fair resolution with our customers. Please note that this Cancelation policy is subject to change and it is advisable to review the most up-to-date version before making any bookings or Cancelations.
